Dr Annouchka Bayley

Dr Annouchka Bayley (SFHEA) is the Chair and Curator of the Entangled Futures Festival.  She is  an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Education University of Cambridge. She is the former director and pedagogic designer of the Arts, Creativities, and Education MPhil programme at the Faculty (2021-24) and the current Chair of the Arts & Creativities Research Group.  She is an Emerging Director with the Royal Shakespeare Company, one fourth of the live coding band Chainsaw Trousers, and an avid blues and jazz singer.  She trained in the Lecoq method of physical performance, Roy Hart method of vocal extension technique, and in Mongolian throat and long song singing styles.  She has written performed and directed over 20 one woman and ensemble shows in Europe, USA and Asia.  Amongst her academic publications, she has recently published 'The Blood Countess', her first novel. https://www.annouchkabayley.co.uk/
